Fit beats style
Shape matters, but fit matters more: the frame should be about as wide as your face, sit level, and keep the pupils near the horizontal centre of each lens. A well-fitted mediocre frame looks better than an off-size perfect one.
If you already own glasses, check three things before ordering online — the frame width, the bridge width and the temple length printed on the inside of the arm. Matching those numbers is the least risky way to buy a new pair unseen.

How accurate is this?
The measurements are real — they come from the landmarks on your photo. The face-shape label is a heuristic with thresholds, so it can flip if the photo angle changes. Use it as a starting filter, not a verdict.
Should I wear glasses in the photo?
No. Glasses hide the cheekbones and temples, which are exactly the points we measure. Take them off for the upload.
Will this tell me my prescription or size?
No, and it cannot. Prescription comes from an optometrist, and frame size comes from the numbers printed inside your current glasses. This only narrows down frame style.
